Hi all, I'm considering purchasing a food processor. From my readings, the kitchen aid 9-cup will be my best bet.

Anyone have a food processor? How do you tend to use it the most?

I'm looking forward to easily grading cheese. I'm also a very picky eater and I like most things smoothe. So jar pasta sauce or jar salsa, I like to blend until smoothe.

I own the bullet, and it has worked farely well for blending the sauces, but it is in very small batches.

Hopefully y'all can post tips before I go out and get one of these. smile

There is a bullet type item. It's called the Ninja Master Prep. You can google it. I got one off of QVC. It has 2, 2 cup jars. and it also has 2, 48 ounce pitchers. The one's from the manufacturer only have one of each, but they often have specials.
Check it out.

I have a small Hamilton Beach one that is nice and fairly inexpensive.

I have a small manual blender thing with either an extremely sharp double blade attachment or this plastic paddle thing. I purchased it from RNIB ages ago, lol. I can't be doing with anything complicated when it comes to food processers.
